Agricultural investments carry inherent risks (climate, market). NFTs represent a share in productive cycles, not a guaranteed financial return.

Genesis Pass holders own a digital asset that provides access to specific ecosystem benefits and revenue share as defined in the Smart Contracts.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation in FarmChain complies with their local jurisdiction's laws and regulations.

FarmChainDAO is not liable for any losses resulting from market fluctuations, smart contract vulnerabilities, or user error in managing wallets.
